Crossover ladders or bridges allow workers to transit above pipelines, conveyors, assembly lines, and other workplace obstacles quickly and easily.  Industrial crossovers make the warehouse a safer place by adding in a secure walkway for technicians, maintenance workers or other employees. Smaller crossovers are also available, industrial mini crossovers are ideal when only needing one or two steps. Our fixed custom work platforms vary in style and are modular to make larger platforms and crossovers when needed.

Crossover Ladder Features

• Lightweight for easy mobility, or they can be bolted to the floor (9/16″ hole)
• Crossover halves simply bolt together for easy assembly
• 1″ square-tube technology is more abuse-resistant than conventional round tube design
• 300 lbs. capacity
• Steps are 7″ deep
• Top step platform depth option of 21″, 28″ or 35″ 
• Choose perforated EZY Tread®  (perforated) or technologically advanced Grip Strut® (serrated) tread for slip resistant footing

OSHA Industrial Conveyor Crossovers

Maneuver through your facility safely with conveyor crossover stairs.  These ladders can be custom manufactured to fit your exact specifications while still following OSHA code. EGA crossover platforms fall under OSHA’s General Safety provisions; since there is not a specific section of OSHA 29 CFR 1910 which pertains to crossovers. Please contact your local OSHA Safety Officer to avoid any possibility of an issues.
