Portable Stack Racks – Warehouse Racks

Portable stack racks have plug/post joint systems that create superior stacking stability over commonplace wood pallets while providing comparable weight capacities. When not in use, the posts can be taken out for convenient compact storage, freeing up floor space that would otherwise be cluttered with bulky, permanent rack systems.  Unlike traditional pallet racking, portable stack racks can be easily moved around with a forklift and can be custom designed and manufactured to be portable stackable industrial material racks for exactly what you need.

Portable Industrial Stack Racks Construction Features

• Welded tubular and structural steel construction provides superior load-carrying strength, up to 2,000 lbs. (standard duty) or 4,000 lbs. (heavy-duty).
• Standard target is 4″ square tube and mounted on removable stacking posts
• End or side frames is a steel framework of horizontal and vertical angles welded between pairs of posts
• Standard post size is 1.5″ square tube on 2,000 lbs. capacity units and 2.17″ square tube on 4,000 lbs. units
  • Total post size with post and post base: 2,000 lbs = 3.5″.  4,000 lbs = 4.84″
• Typical plug is base mounted
• Width and length are the outside measurements of the stack rack
