We custom designed and manufactured equipment racks for brand leaders in the international HVAC market. These Returnable Shipping Racks transported delicate fan blades from building to building or point-to-point within a manufacturing environment.

Each rack featured a unique arm & hook system that can nest two rows of 20 proprietary blades for a total capacity of 40 units—without tie downs or any waste-producing packaging.

The open design left parts easily accessible to assemblers that allowed random loading at the supplier and permit easy random unloading at the assembly line.  All in which, saved brand leaders countless hours of wasted time, labor, space, product, and material dollars.
